can’t connect my site

    Hi there…

    Yet i’ve uninstaling the plugin from my wordpress and clean it up from database in PHPMyAdmin so there’s nothing left in it and yesterday, i also has trying to reconnecting it but it won’t connected.

    I’ve done trying to stay log in to the account in rankmath so when i press the button “connect the site”, it will redirect to my rankmath account but it still doesn’t change. It redirect to the login page of rankmath, not in dasboard in rankmath site.

    Can you help me to resolve it?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    When you go into WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General, do the “WordPress Address” and “Site Address” have the same setup? Meaning that both have either the www or not. They should be matching and not have a mismatch.
