Can’t Connect Google Analytics & RankMath Free

#109535

    Rank Math free

I cannot connect Google Analytics & RankMath Free Version 1.0.52.3.

I went into Google Analytics, and it indicated that it was connected to RankMath.

But the RankMath dashboard in WordPress didn’t show that it was connected to Google Analytics, and there was no data showing.

Following RankMath’s instructions, I attempted to disconnect and then reconnect to Google Analytics, but it didn’t work.

Is it possible to do this, or is the paid/pro version needed?

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for the update and apologies for the late follow up.

The access seems to have expired.

Please ensure you are not using Google analytics version 4 as this is currently doesn’t work with Rank math. GA4 is relatively a new product and is in Beta, & there could be data discrepancies if we were to integrate them into Rank Math. And the fact that their APIs are not yet fully ready for 3rd party integration, there is not much we can do.

However, we will begin working on the integration as soon as they improve their V4 API.

In the meantime, you can enable GA v3 by following this:
    create a property
    and then choose
    ga 3

If you still want us to look into it, please update the access to at least a week.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you
