Can't connect content AI credit - Support

Hi. I can’t make use of my content ai credits because the plugin shows a JSON-error when I try to refresh the credits, it’s always on 0. I tried all the methods from https://rankmath.com/blog/fix-invalid-json-error/ and also this https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-restore-missing-content-ai-credits/. Nothing seems to work. Could you please have a look what’s wrong? Thank you.

To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:
1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI.
3. Refresh the credits by clicking on the refresh button. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Hello,

We have manually disconnected the website from our end. Now, please try to reconnect your website with your Rank Math account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help and then click on Connect Now.

Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below. In case you’ve multiple Rank Math licenses associated with your Rank Math account, then you can click the License drop-down to choose your preferred license to activate on this website.

Also, please make sure that you are running the latest version of Rank Math plugin.
