can’t change Global Identifier label

I need to change our Global Identifier label on our WooCommerce product pages from current MPN to JAIN custom label. See this screenshot:

From the Rank Math SEO Dashboard / SEO Settings Admin screen I’m unable to make this label text change. See here:

It does not auto-save. Also, there is no button at the bottom of the page to ‘save changes’ either.
