    Try focusing on step #3 if the save button is missing.

    If that doesn’t help, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    The GTIN option is a PRO feature, and your PRO plan expired two months ago. We can’t provide support for PRO features unless you have an active PRO subscription. You must be using an older version of the PRO plugin on your site, and that might be causing the issue.

    Please upgrade to the latest version and see if that resolves the issue. You will have to purchase a PRO plan to update the PRO plugin. If the issue persists, let us know and we will check this further.
