To enable and use your AI credits in Rank Math Pro, please follow these steps:

Log in to Your Rank Math Account: Ensure you are logged in to the Rank Math account where you purchased the Business/Agency License. You can do this by visiting the Rank Math Account Area and navigating to the Websites section from the left sidebar. Here you can see your Content AI credits available.

Assign Content AI Credits: To allocate credits for a site, click the Set Limit button next to the Content AI Credits. Enter the number of credits you want to assign and click Save. You can also adjust the credits from the Business/Agency settings at the bottom of the Client Management dashboard.
If you are unable to see these options in your Rank Math dashboard, please ensure that you are logged in with the correct account that was used to purchase the Rank Math Pro license. If you are still facing issues, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account as shown in the instructions provided earlier.

You won’t be able to use the Content AI credits with a nulled or GPL version of the PRO plugin installed. To use both at the same time you need to have a subscription for each.

OK So I just bought Pro Version and sadly its NOT in my RankMath Dashboard
ANd the Ai Options are still NOT in my website via wordpress either

Firstly, you need to delete the GPL version of the PRO plugin from your website and then download the PRO plugin from your Rank Math account dashboard here: https://rankmath.com/my-account/
If you are unable to see the option to download the PRO plugin, please log out of your account, clear your browser cache, and log in. The download option should be available.
Download, install, and activate the PRO plugin. Please note that you need to keep the Rank Math free plugin activated as well.
After installing and activating Rank Math PRO, you need to reconnect your website to Rank Math. You can follow this guideline to connect your Rank Math Account: https://rankmath.com/kb/rank-math-pro-license-key/
Regarding the Content AI, please head over to your Rank Math Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/ and check if you can see the correct Content AI credits.
If the credit count is correct on your account but not on your website, please try to refresh the credits from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and see if that works for you. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
