Can’t activate the pro version that I purchased. Please help.

    I’ve tried several times to activate RankMath (pro version) after purchasing it. I get the following error message: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

    What do I have to do to activate this plugin?

    It seems like the PRO subscription is not active on your account. Can you please confirm if you’re logged in to your Rank Math account using the same email that you used to purchase the PRO version? If yes then please share your email address in the sensitive data section so we can check.
