You only share your WP login URL and password without a username.

If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

This error suggests that your site is hitting a limit on the set max_execution_time.
Please get in touch with your host and ask them to help in increasing the max_execution_time and also the memory assigned to your site.
