If you haven’t already, please download the Rank Math PRO plugin files from your registered account here:
https://rankmath.com/my-account/
Please go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect/disconnect and then the connect buttons once the PRO plugin has been activated.
You will be redirected to RankMath.com, where you can log in and activate your license.
The free version of the plugin does not need to be removed. The PRO edition will have all of the features.
In order to have a pleasant experience with Rank Math PRO, make sure there are no Ad-Blockers installed in your browser or that your page is excluded.

Hi, I’m still getting the same issue.
I have my purchase order and reference number. But when I log into my account, I only have access to the free version. I can’t connect the plugin properly so there is no getting updates.

It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.
Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account? You can add them in the designated sensitive data section

You can log in using that ID at https://rankmath.com/my-account/
Alternatively, you can reset your password from the same page as well.
We can also merge your accounts if you prefer. We just need your preferred email ID for that and we will keep only that one active.
