I tried replicating your issue by navigating in the Rank Math settings page and performing an advanced setup and it seems to be working well. Please see the video screencast in the Sensitive Data section.
Could you please make sure that your admin privileges are the same as the login info you shared in the Sensitive Data section?
If it still seems I am missing something, sharing a screencast from your end showing the issue would save us all the time in trying to replicate the issue.

Upon checking your website, I was not able to replicate your issue here. The Rank Math post type appears normally as in a normal WordPress setup. See Screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/cCNOsl
Could you try clearing your cache or hard resetting your browser then try again? If this is not resolved, please try checking your other plugin settings.

I reset my browsers cache, still have same results. If you can’t solve, please advise how to clear the table and data base to reinstall fresh copy.

Since we are not able to replicate the issue on our end, it would be difficult for us to provide a solution.
Could you try using another known browser and see if the issue persists? You may also try to use a freshly installed browser.
If you do need to re-install Rank Math from the ground up, you may need to follow this guide and apply a certain filter: https://rankmath.com/kb/uninstall/
Do note that you will lose all your settings data and this action is irreversible.

I added the filter to last page of function.php. It appear on pages and also I found all settings after uninstall the rank math plugin
