Canonicalised – showing up as duplicate content

Hey,

i have one problem , when i Site Audit my webpage with RankMath plugin activated.

It finds duplicate content on my webpage … url, meta desc. , etc..
When i scan it with Screaming Frog it finds:
https://example.com/services/something
https://example.com/services/something/ —> and this is tagged as no-index and Chanonicalised

I didnt do any Chanonicale urls by myself.

Any ideas ?

About the issue, Rank Math adds the canonical tags automatically to all your indexable posts/pages/archives.

You can tackle the duplicate meta issue easily by adding a unique meta title and description to each of your posts/pages/archives.

If you are talking about paginated content – it is extremely hard to make the meta on those unique but you can do it using custom variables:

WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Posts/Pages.
