    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Upon inspecting the product URL you gave, which is generated by Permalink Manager Pro, I was not able to see the canonical as you explained. The canonical on that page is the same as the URL:
    Canonical same URL

    I went further and checked the page you said was being set as the canonical and that page also has the canonical of the first one.
    Canonical to a different page
    ​​​​​​​
    So, it seems that this is working as expected because the canonical on both pages is pointing to the URL you have setup with Permalink Manager Pro.
