cannot update pro version

    Hello:
    I’ve been trying to update the Pro version and it keeps returning failed.
    “Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”
    Please help.

    It seems that you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?

    Back to your issue, could you please try uploading the plugin with the FTP, Cpanel, or your web hosting file manager?

    You can download the latest version of the PRO plugin from here:

    Then upload the plugin file and extract it inside wp-content/plugins/ folder:
