Cannot login – Password reset not working

    Hi RankMath,

    I just created a new RankMath account for my client and purchased the Pro subscription.

    After installing the plugin on their WordPress website, I have been prompted to connect their account and it’s requiring an account password. I never setup a password. I tried “create a new account” but it says the email is already being used on an account. I tried “changing the password” but it doesn’t send a password reset email.

    On top of all that, you have to be logged in to send a support request, so I just created another account so I could send you this support request. It’s a bit frustrating.

    Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks, I’m less concerned about merging the accounts, just need to connect the support@ account. In order to do that, I need to reset it’s password but the password reset is not working.

    You should have received an email with instructions to reset the password on your PRO account.

    If you don’t receive the email please ping us here and we’ll do a full reset and send you the password and login information directly.
