Hi RankMath,
I just created a new RankMath account for my client and purchased the Pro subscription.
After installing the plugin on their WordPress website, I have been prompted to connect their account and it’s requiring an account password. I never setup a password. I tried “create a new account” but it says the email is already being used on an account. I tried “changing the password” but it doesn’t send a password reset email.
On top of all that, you have to be logged in to send a support request, so I just created another account so I could send you this support request. It’s a bit frustrating.
Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
