Cannot Log in – First time using

    Not a great first experience here. I created an account wiht Google login. Now when I try to activate the plugin, it asks me to log in but will not accept any password. I used the password that is associated with my Google account and that won’t work. It also won’t let me reset the password. It seems you guys created an issue by allowing someone to create an account with Google Sign-On, but they cannot activate the plugin that way.

    Hi Christopher,

    Thanks a lot for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    When you signup using Google, we send you a welcome email containing your username and password for RankMath.com that you can use to connect the plugin as well.

    Looks like you didn’t receive that email.

    I just resent it. I am also adding it to the sensitive data section on this ticket so you can check.
