My article has been up for about two weeks now but when i do a keyword search i dont even see it on the 3rd or even 4th page of google search results.

Could this be because of my homepage keyword?? My homepage uses keyword: best web hosting in ghana and this particular article uses web hosting in ghana. Is that the issue and what do you suggest?

ALso i have modified the sensitive data above. The first image is for a blog post and the second image id for homepage, looking the the titles and seo keyword, could this be the problem?

it is not about ranking higher, the post itself is not found on any of the search pages from begining to end

Please check the screenshot i sent and you can do a keyphrase search on google to see what i am talking about. it cannot be found in any of the results pages.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

When looking at the post in the screenshot on Google (with the query I added in Sensitive Data section), it appears so it means it is indexed on Google.

But as my colleague told you, it is not showing when you look for the keywords because you are not ranking them (yet), that is why we suggest you to work the site authority.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hi,

Please note that ranking on Google depends on so much more than just your on-page optimization. You could have the perfect article and still struggle to break the top 10 in SERPs. Here are some of the factors Google considers when ranking you:

    1. Your website’s authority

    2. Your content’s quality and how better it is than the other article currently ranking.

    3. How competitive the keyword is.

    4. How many backlinks you have and if they are better than what the other guys ranking for that keyword have.

    5. Your website’s crawlability.

    6. Frequency of new content and content updates.

    7. So much more that there is a dedicated blog post on it by Brian Dean 🙂

I would recommend that you keep at it and work on acquiring more links to break into the top SERPs.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

Hello, how come the post cannot be found in the SERPs. Not even page 1-12. Using the keyword as specified in the sensitive data section above. That is what i dont get. even after running ads for 2 weeks, it is still not in any of the results pages. NONE! would you like to login and have a look?

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

This just means that the keyword is very competitive and you are getting edged out because of domain authority and all the factors we mentioned above.

I can suggest that you seek a less competitive keyword on the same niche to see some positive results.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
