Cannot delete redirects

Hello, RankMath is not letting me delete redirects I have in place. You can see what happens here: https://gyazo.com/fc7e3d4629d198568b01cf41bf1f3793

I click “Delete”, it disappears, then when I search again the redirect comes right back.

I can edit them and add them OK, but can’t delete them.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes, it seems like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
