Sorry for the confusion from my colleague but since you are developing the website locally we cannot access it from our end so requesting the credentials, in this case, is not going to help.
The filter that we shared previously can be added to the website by following one of these methods: https://rankmath.com/kb/wordpress-hooks-actions-filters/
Having said that, the plugin will still work even if you don’t connect it to Rank Math as the connection is only necessary for validating the paid licenses and other features such as the Analytics module which is not relevant in a local development environment.
