Cannot connect content ai to website

    I am having difficulty conntecting my content ai to my website. The purchase has been made. It says its linked to the website however it only shows that the free version of Rank Math SEO is connected but doesnt mention content ai? I tried to follow the steps but it still says its not conttacted?

    To ensure that Content AI is properly connected to your website, please follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your Rank Math account and verify that you are using the correct account where you purchased the Content AI credits. You can check your remaining credits by visiting this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/.

    2. If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from your WordPress admin area. You can do this by going to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help. Here, click on Disconnect Account and then click on Connect Now to re-establish the connection.

    3. After reconnecting your Rank Math account, head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Content AI and click on the Refresh icon to update the credits count.

    Please note that the Content AI subscription is different from the Rank Math plugin subscription.

    We can see the Content AI Starter subscription on your account but you’ve a free plugin subscription so even if you’re connected with the Rank Math account, it will show as free.

    Hello, it is still not working. I see the credits avaliable on my rank math account however its not reflecting on my dashboard. It still says “0 credits left this month” I tried to follow the steps and its not working.

    Also, when i try to refresh the icon next to credits i keep getting an error “this response is not a valid json response” not sure if that has anything to do with it?

    We have fixed this issue on our end.

    Please reconnect your Rank Math plugin to your Rank Math account. To do that, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    Then, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.

    If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
