  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Can you confirm that you are using the latest version of Elementor and Rank Math? If you are, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

The SEO tab seems to work as expected on my end. Here is a screenshot:

Could you please test this out from an incognito window on your browser or a different browser?

As for the second issue, I’ve cleared your site cache and performed the SEO analysis and this seems to have fixed it. Please check.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I have just checked it on two devices: one with Windows and Firefox and one with Mac OS X and Google Chrome and it is working fine in both of them. I have attached a screencast showing it in the Sensitive Data section.

    Could you check it?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
