  • Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue with allocating AI Content Credits to your website.

To allocate credits for your site, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your WordPress admin area.
    2. Navigate to Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/
    3. Check if you can see the correct remaining credits. You can refer to this screenshot for guidance:
      credits
    4. If the credit count is correct but not reflecting on your website, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account. You can do this by going to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help in your WordPress admin area. Here are some screenshots for reference:
      • Disconnect: disconnect
      • Reconnect: reconnect
    5. After reconnecting your account, head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count. This will ensure that the plugin requests the updated credits from our server and displays the correct count. You can refer to this screenshot for the refresh process:

Please try these steps, and if you encounter any further issues or need additional assistance, feel free to let us know.

    We are here to help!
