Cannot activate account

  • Hello, there. I need help to activate my Rank Math account.
    I recently added Rank math on our official site but I cannot activate the Rank Math account from the WordPress control panel. I have read all the tickets about problem activating account in the knowledge base and I have tried out the following three methods to solve the problem:

    (1) Reset the password;
    (2) Check the server configuration;
    (3) run the setup wizard again from an incognito window with the same credentials

    However, all the above did not work.

    I sincerely hope that Rank Math support team could help to activate the account as soon as possible.

    We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    I see that the alert returns when we open the plugin again.

    We would like to remove the plugin and install it once again.

    Have you added any data to your website via Rank Math or are we free to delete the data that was added using it?

    If you want us to proceed, please provided access to the plugins section because we are unable to access that using the login link you provided.

    This is another account from Runwise Consulting. Because you reset the login data, I am required to login again to see the new login in the sensitive data. However, I do not know the new login and thus cannot login. This is a dead end.

    I tried to reset the password but my registered mail cannot receive anything from you.

    Please help to solve the problem.

    Thank you for the access.

    Unfortunately I was unable to make changes to your functions.php file to be able to delete the RM data from your site. Please add the following code to your theme’s functions.php file and uninstall the plugin to delete all user data:

    /**
     * Filter to remove Rank Math data from the database
     */
    add_filter( 'rank_math_clear_data_on_uninstall', '__return_true' );

    You can then uninstall and delete the plugin and then delete the code. The next step will be to do a clean install of the plugin.
