Cannot access free ai credits

    Hi there, I am trying to access the 750 ai credits on my free Rank Math account but cannot. I am on the most recent RM version, have disconnected and reconnected my website, been into the website section in my RM account where it ways I have 0 credits and there is no ‘change limit’ option. Can someone please help me! Many thanks.

    If you are unable to see the correct number of credits in your Rank Math account, it might be due to a mismatch between the emails on your Rank Math and Content AI accounts. In such cases, we recommend contacting our support team to assist you in merging both accounts or transferring the credits to the correct email associated with your account.

    I do not have a content AI subscription because they appear to be paid.
    I have a free RM subscription but have had emails stating I can get 750 free credits even with a free account but I just can’t figure out how this works.

    Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > General Settings > Content AI and click the little circling arrow near the credit count at the bottom.

    If you see an error message when doing that, please share the error message with us so we can advise on how to fix this.

    Hi Miguel, thanks for your response. Bizarrely I had tried that earlier today and it was refreshing with zero, but have just tried again and it is now showing 750!
