Cancel Subscriptions

    I would like to cancel two subscriptions that I purchased today for Content AI. One was purchased with k******@g******** accidentally, and the second was purchased with k*******@d****************. I have decided to discontinue using RankMath because the Pro version doesn’t update as it should and my site has regular issues with it. Today, it caused my site to have a fatal error.

    The two amounts are $52.19 each, and I would like both refunded.

    We can see that you still have an active PRO subscription connected to the email address in the sensitive data section.

    To connect your Rank Math subscription to the other domain you personally own, you can follow the steps below:

    Step 1: Update to the latest version of Rank Math PRO manually:

    Step 2: Disconnect your account from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help

    Step 3: Reconnect from the same page using the same account you used to make a purchase.

    If so, please tell us the preferred email address and we will do the needful.

    Lastly, we would love to process this refund as per our 30 day refund policy but can you please let us know what you didn’t like about Content AI. This will help us make it better so you can give it another shot in the future.

    Thank you. I would like to proceed with cancelling all my subscriptions. There are features that another plugin offers that I like more for my business.
    The content AI never updated, so I was unable to use it on my site. I’m sorry, I don’t have any feedback I can provide.


    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
