I installed the Health Check plugin and checked for conflict.
The BoomBox Theme Extensions plugin is conflicting with Instant Indexing.
When this plugin is disabled, the Indexing API is working fine.
Check the screencast in the sensitive data section.
Please get in touch with the plugin team and inform them about the issue, they should be able to fix it.
