I am sorry but Rank Math cannot read custom fields.
However, Google will still see them if they appear on your content pages when you view it in the browser.
We read the data using a different method and Rank Math not reading the data doesn’t affect your SEO or your Google visibility.

Please explain if Google can read custom fields what is the benefit by integrating RM to ACF?
I have both ACF and metabox. I am in a dilemma which one to use for my next project. Your answer will certainly helps me.

This score is useful for helping to point out the areas that require attention to ensure that your post is tailored for the keyword that you want to rank for.
