Can not update don’t have an active subscription for Rank Math “BUT I DO”

    Hi,
    It says there is an update for Rankmath pro but it will not let me update because it says.

    There is a new version of Rank Math SEO PRO available. View version 2.4.2 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. It seems that you don’t have an active subscription for Rank Math SEO PRO. Please see details and pricing.

    I have an Active subscription and all pro features seem to be working, but even after deactivating pro and free plugins and reactivating. It still does not let me update.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please make sure that your Rank Math plugin is properly activated and connected to your paid Rank Math account. You can check it by heading to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help

    You may also head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > System Status and check if the correct subscription is indicated:

    If the subscription is incorrect, please attempt to disconnect your Rank Math account from your website and reconnect again.

    Hi, it was because I apparently have to rank math accounts this one and another one. Can we remove this one. Because this one has not got the pro on it.
