can not access password

    I just purchased RankMath and have not received access to set up my account or have received a password.

    Please advise my next steps.

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account? You can add them in the designated sensitive data section

    We just set up a Google Workspace account for d****@k********************. It seems that this email (that we set up RankMath with) is being forwarded to my other Google Workspace account, d****@d****************

    Your email server seems to have rejected the emails. That is why they were not delivered. Would you like us to change the email ID to something else?

    We have also manually sent the email to the d****@d**************** email hoping that it gets delivered.

    Hello, I am not sure why it was rejected as that account is active and working. In fact, I’m emailing you from it now.

    I had to subscribe and pay again so my tech person could set up a client’s account.

    I see on the other support ticket that you will sending request to accounting for the first payment remitted back to me. I will look forward to seeing the first subscription payment remitted to my account.
