    Hello,
    I got this error on my rank math plugin

    The data sets are empty in your cache. You can wait for the next cronjob (20/09/2020 00:00:00) or Update Manually.

    Note: Please update your data by clicking on ‘Update Manually’. Google only stores data from the last 90 days – a dataset older than that can’t be updated anymore.

    I have also attached the screenshot and if this has anything to do with hosting, please let me know what exactly I need to do to fix this.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please ensure your site has cronjobs enabled. You can ask your host about this. If they are enabled, deauthorize your site in Rank math > General Settings > Search Console, clear your cache then reauthorize again. Make sure to use the same Google account you used to verify your site on GSC and select your site URL in the dropdown.

    Thank you for your quick response. I have asked my hosting company to enable the cronjobs. I will update you ones I have the answer.

    Hello,
    I have contacted the host. But there Cpanel it’s not the same as traditional Cpanel.
    Please check the screenshot named /Nj01STw
    Basically I need to know the command then I can run the cronjob in the task. I don’t have any idea which command I need to run to solved this issue.
    I hope you can help me out with this issue.
