It seems the file permissions on that backup system can’t access that file. Anyway, you don’t have to back up the sitemap cache (it is the best to avoid troubles when restoring the backup), so I recommend you to exclude the sitemap-cache folder from your backup.

The cache of the sitemaps is created by Rank Math, not by your cache plugin. To fix the issue you could fix the permissions to access that folder (try to set them temporarily to 755) or you could set the backup program to ignore that folder (which you don’t need to backup since it is just a cache).
