    Hello,

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    Since you’re in the highest tier, your credits will renew on a monthly basis.

    But if you ran out of credits on a given month, you can refresh the credits using this button and pay $9 to reset the credits.
