I had a ticket previously, but now it tells me I can’t view (no permission). Your system is really buggy, please fix!
I’d like this resolved TODAY — I’m on deadline. Failing that, please refund my Paypal, and I’ll just go back to Yoast, much less trouble.
My Paypal details are in the “sensitive data” area (also my emails are there).
I wasn’t even aware I was dealing with a different company (Fastspring) from your website when I clicked Paypal — that’s very poor practice, made me very nervous about your company.
Then, I didn’t get a link. My account was not updated from free to Business.
Then, Fastspring sent me a license to some unrelated software (Grammarian or something). When I wrote them that this was a mistake, I heard back from a third company called Lingisoft.
Very NERVE WRACKING!!!!
Please either sort this out now, or refund right away.
