Bulk deindexing 404 errors

My blog was hacked. Hacker infected it with a malware that indexed over 100k ecommerce affiliate links that redirect to targeted ecommerce sites. The links appear in Google but are not on my site. I managed to clean the site a month ago and started from scratch. But my concern is these spam links remain indexed in Google though leading to 404 errors. How can I bulk deindex these 404 error links that are indexed on Google? I can’t do manually one by one because they are over 100k. In fact this problem happened after installing Rankmath but I can’t verify whether rankmath is the cause of this malware.

    Hello,

First of all, I am sorry to hear you had that big issue. Since you were able to clean the website and those links are already deleted in your site, they will return a 404 error when Google tries to crawl them.

After a few tries, if Google keep finding 404 errors, it will remove the links automatically. SO you don’t have to worry, they will go away automatically.

    Looking forward to help you.
