Builder and error page when plugin is activated

    Hi,
I have 2 issues when the plugin is activated.
My website is on Elegant theve (Divi). I replaced my Yoast and redirection plugin by Rankmath and I was very satisfied.

    But first issue :
When I tried to add an article/page/project, the builder don’t appear as usual and it is impossible to modify the page. After series of test and a lot of new pages created, it seems to be directly caused with the longer of the URL. If the URL is more longer than 5-6 letters, the page doesn’t charge.

    Second issue :
It’s actually the same thing but for existing published page who don’t charge. Exemple, I tried to go on th “legal page” on : https://www.musicalta.com/mentions-legales/
But, the URL became : https://www.musicalta.com/404-error-page__trashed/?by_user=musicalta&ref_url=/entions-legales
And of course, my 404 error page appeared…

I checked for this 2nd issue in the redirection but there is no redirection or mistake or mention on this page… So …

Can you help me sort out these problem. RankMath is really good and I would like to keep working with you but with these issues, it is impossible to work on…

    I thank you !

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Sorry for the issue you are facing.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it could be a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Please let us know if you find the culprit.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Let us know if you find the conflict and if not, we will be happy to take a look for you and try to fix it.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hi I found the problem.
It was a redirection who malfunctioned. The redirection was /m/ and all the URL beginning by /m was redirected to https://musicalta.com/
This was funny because when we tested, the test musicalta.com/mmm give us after the redirection : https://www.musicalta.com/https://www.musicalta.com/https://www.musicalta.com/
    funny ?
But just a little question, how it is possible that the /m/ with / at the end changed all the m in a Url to https://www.musicalta.com/… ?

    Hello,

I am happy you found the problem and were able to fix it.

Probably after those redirections, the URL was shortened to https://www.musicalta.com/… but since you can’t use that special character (…) in URLs, it was replaced to its equivalent in HTML code: …

    Looking forward to help you.

    thank you for your reply.
But concerning a little question, how it is possible that the http://www.musicalta.com/m/ with / at the end changed all the m in a Url to https://www.musicalta.com/ ?

    Hello,

I am not really sure, it could be several things like a plugin conflict, a plugin misconfiguration, an htaccess file misconfiguration…

To determine it, it would need a detailed search in your website host to find the reason for the issue.

Hope it helps. Looking forward to help you.
