Bug with Instant Indexing update

    I have two identical websites, so I have isolated the problem to the latest update with Instant Indexing. Since the plugin updated, my posts say “updating failed” when I perform an update, and they also “fail” to publish. They actually do update and publish though, I just have to exit and when I check they’re fine. It’s like they freeze when I hit the button. Preview also does not load.
    The site where I did not update the plugin does not have this problem, and the themes, plugins, other updates, etc are identical on both sites. Can I go back to the previous version somehow? Or is there a fix on the way?

    I don’t think you quite understood the problem. There seems to be an incompatibility with the WordPress publisher. My content still sends fine through Instant Indexing, but it freezes while I am updating it for about 2 to 3 minutes, and eventually says “Updating Failed.” The update does not actually fail.
    I know with 100% certainty that it is because of the most recent update to the plugin. I would update the plugin on my other site to prove it, but it’s very annoying and I don’t want to have that problem on both sites.

    Can you please share a server log when the “Updating failed” shows up in your page/post editor? Having the error log should help us further determine what’s causing the issue.
