    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Can you please follow these steps?
    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

    That should fix the issue. Please let me know if that does not. We are here to assist.

    Hi support team!

    The issue with sitemap not is fixed. I already try the two solutions but not working. I share a video explanation on sensitive data. Also I have another bug with schema that I explain in the video.

    Could you please update the post after adding the schema and after reloading the page, see if the JSON-LD code is shown?

    Regarding the sitemap issue, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    If I update the page the schema Json-ld is working with the “normal” pages. But with the CartFlows pages no are working with this solution. Also The sitemap still now working.

    Hello,

    I was able to check that you have added the canonical URL manually in the Advanced tab of the meta box.

    Rank Math automatically sets the canonical URL as the page’s URL when the canonical URL field is left empty. If you enter an URL manually then your page will be treated as duplicate content and will not be included in the sitemap.

    I have removed the canonical URL from the Advanced tab of the meta box for your homepage and now it is being included in the sitemap. Please check the screencast that I have attached in the sensitive data section.

    For the Schema, I have checked your page with Google’s Rich Results Test and the course Schema is being applied to it:

    So this is just a visual bug where the preview can’t be loaded in there. You can check your URLs here to make sure that the Schema is working fine: https://search.google.com/test/rich-results
