    Hello,
    When I refresh my website I get a popup from Rank Math in my header for 3 seconds?? With the text: Advanced stats are available in the pro version, learn more.
    I don’t want this of course, how can I remove this message?

    I have a screenshot but I can’t upload it.

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    The popup is the Stats Bar that we added in a recent update. You can disable it from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics > Frontend Stats Bar. However, it should display stats. If it just shows the Upgrade to PRO message, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

    It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    Hello,

    I logged into your website’s admin area and upon investigating, found that your child theme “Twenty Seventeen Child” is causing the issue and forcing the Stats Bar to hide without displaying any data. The Stats Bar works fine even with the parent/main “Twenty Seventeen” theme, the issue is with the child theme. Please have a look at the screencast in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

    If you want the Stats Bar on the website, please try removing any custom code that you might have added to the child theme and see if that helps.

    P.S. As it was when I logged in, I’ve disabled the Stats Bar again.
