    Rank Math free

Hi, i have to issues on my website and I think is has something to do with Rank Math plugin. I have a WordPress site and it is built with Elementor.

    1. I have a repeating issue on my website, that every now and then most of my links and buttons stop working.

    2. The “Continue Reading” button on my blog page gets this error when clicking on it : ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS and don’t open the blog post. I have made a health check and this issue happens when I activate Rank Math in the troubleshoot mode, if Rank Math is not activated works fine. When it is active it gets this error. I don’t know if it has something to do with the automatic update of the latest version of Rank Math that happened yesterday when I noticed this problem. How could I avoid to get these errors?

    Thank you beforehand!

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience these issues may have caused you.

I’ve checked your site, but I’m unable to replicate the issue. Upon clicking the continue reading button, the page is opening fine. Also, Rank Math’s meta tags are present in your page’s source code so it seems that Rank Math is activated at the moment.

Please refer to the screencast attached in the sensitive data section for your reference.

Let us know if we’re still missing some steps to replicate this issue. Also, please try clearing your website and browser’s cache for initial troubleshooting.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hi Reinelle,

Thank you for checking it. Meanwhile I have found the button issue and could resolve it deactivating one related redirection to that blog post so now it is working fine. Also the external links problem is caused I think by an other plugin, so I think now all is good with the Rank Math plugin. Thank you very much for your help!

    Best,

    Agnes
