I have taken a look at the page source and it looks like your theme is using the default WooCommerce breadcrumbs.
The Shoptimizer theme contains an option to choose the breadcrumbs that you would like to be displayed under Appearance > Customize > Layout > General as shown below:

hi, sry, i activated the default since i made a request to the developer of the shoptimzer theme as well.
no rank math is activated.
Im not sure – if i dont use the real permalink structure – so with the product category included – is it possible that the breadcrumbs show the main category, since right now we have Home > product

Yes, Rank Math shows the main category in the breadcrumbs as well.
You can enable that from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Breadcrumbs.
Please note that you must paste the breadcrumbs code in your theme files to make it work. Exactly where? Your theme provider can give you the exact location as every theme is different and we don’t know where the best place is in your theme for the breadcrumbs.

Could you please head over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Products > Primary Taxonomy and check whether this is set to product category?
If it is we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
