If you have enabled the Show Category option and it is not showing in the breadcrumbs, it is really weird.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

You seem to be using a security plugin, which hides the login URL (so we can’t enter by typing /wp-login.php nor /wp-admin/). Could you add in the Sensitive Data section the login URL you use?

It looks like you hadn’t chosen the primary taxonomy to be used in the breadcrumbs. I have done it for you and chosen “categories”:
Now the breadcrumbs are showing fine:
If you wish to show only 1 category instead of all the assigned ones, you can check this option that shows up when more than 1 category is selected:
