First of all, you seem you have another sitemap plugin. You should be cautious since it can cause conflicts.
About the issue, I disabled all plugins except Rank Math and switched to a default theme and everything was ok. After that with only Rank Math enabled I switched to your theme and the issue was there, so it seems your theme is adding that “Site-map” section. My recommendation would be to contact the theme support since it doesn’t seem like a Rank Math issue (it would happen in every theme) but one related to that theme.

I finally workout the issue after moved to a new server.
It is basically the previous WP engineer have problem. Previous WP engine for some reason (even upgraded to 5.5.3, it can only work under PHP5.X)
After I moved my website to a different hosting company. All issues resolved.
