    hi,

    In my Google search console I get this message ‘Either ‘name’ or ‘item.name’ should be specified’. Now I’ve looked up how I could fix this but with all the steps its doesn’t fix it. Do you know what this could be?

    Secondly, in my search console google doesn’t seem to see my products in the structured data. How could I fix this.

    Could you please share the affected URLs to check and advise accordingly? You can add them in the sensitive data section

    Meanwhile, the issue Either name or item.name should be specified usually occurs if the homepage label is missing. If that error is reported on your homepage, please confirm if the Homepage Label is set to “Home” in your WordPress Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Breadcrumbs >> Homepage Label

    If the label is missing, add the homepage label and test the URL with
    https://search.google.com/test/rich-results

    If the page is validated without any errors, you can submit the URL for validation in the Search Console.

    I checked your URLs and wasn’t able to replicate the issue. I can also check that you are not using Rank Math’s Schema and there is no Breadcrumbs Schema applied to the URLs that you have shared.

    The only Schema type applied to the URLs is SiteNavigationElement and it is validating without any issues. Your theme or some other plugin must be adding this Schema.

    Please enable Rank Math’s Schema module from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard to use Rank Math’s Schema and also follow this troubleshooting guide to figure out which plugin or theme is adding the current SiteNavigationElement Schema: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

    Thanks for your reply. I’ve already enabled the schema setting in Rank Math a few weeks ago. About the other plugin. I’ve seated up a new plugin because rank math wasn’t working.

    I logged into your website’s admin area and I tried to check for plugin conflicts but it seems like the Health Check troubleshooting plugin is not working properly on your website.

    Upon enabling the troubleshooting mode, all the plugins are getting deactivated. I’ve reactivated the plugins as it was before.

    In this case, please create a staging website and replicate the issue there and share its logins so that we can perform the troubleshooting there and your live website doesn’t get affected by the troubleshooting.

    I’ve checked those URLs you have provided using Google’s Rich Results test, but the initial error Either name or item.name should be specified for the breadcrumbs schema are already fixed.

    In this case, head over to your Google Search Console account > Coverage and click the validate fix button then give Google some time to validate the URLs.
