I already E-Mailed you with this problem – now you say I should open a ticket, so I do:
– I use the RankMath-Plugin in WordPress
– I am connected with the account dennis-1240
– I wanted to use the AI-Features (they are all blurred within wordpress and there’s a sign “unlock the power of content AI – buy now” covering the AI features)
– I klicked “buy now” and folowed the steps
– Now it seems, I have a “content AI expert” subscription (whatever for?)
– In wordpress the RankMath AI content ist still blurred, I have no credits and there’s still that big “unlock the poer …buy now” sign covering all AI features
– What’s wrong here? I just want to use the RankMath AI features with the wordpress plugin, nothing else – why doesn’t it work, even as I bought a subscription?
– I already disconnected and connected again – nothing changed
– I’m really mad – I trusted the plugin, followed the steps and bought something of what I now even don’t know what it’s for, hoping I could use the AI within the plugin and it doesn’t word – my boss will probably kill me…So how can this problem be solved?

We need to take a closer look at the settings to resolve this issue. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

If the Content AI is still not showing on your site, please update the Rank Math plugin to the latest version:
https://rankmath.com/changelog/free/If the issue persists, please follow these steps:
1 . Please clear the transients at Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove transients
2 . After that, you may try disconnecting and re-connecting Rank Math to see if that works for you.
You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.
3 . Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. To connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.
4 . Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now.
5 . Once all the above steps are done you might need to refresh the credits again this time to start using Content AI.
Please head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
