    Hi,

    I’m totally confused about using the book option. I’m doing a website for my own novels, which were, obviously, written by me. There are eight of them.

    This is not a best list or anything like that, but a full site, which is not live yet.

    Would I be better off using articles or books for the schema mark-up? These are permanent pages not posts.

    If I use books-what am I supposed to use for reviews? There are no worst reviews-I used only my best reviews from Amazon directly on my pages.

    What about location? I don’t understand this concept at all. Above and below? What am I supposed to be emphasizing-the synopsis, the excerpts?

    1. You can use the Book Schema for pages where you are talking about a book, whether you sell that on your website or on Amazon.

    2. You can use product reviews if you are mainly reviewing a product, even if it is a book.

    3. You can use the location only when you wish to rank for locally searched keywords. If you are a global website, then you can skip the location Schema/SEO.
