Keyword in the SEO Title is a good ranking factor but not decisive. You can find niches where the articles don’t contain the ranking keyword in the title and they still rank.
If you think your niche is not competitive or if the competence is ranking without having the keyword in the title, you could go for it.
Anyway, you can always try it, also you could at least at the keyword in the SEO Description, I am sure it will help.

Thanks for your help. Let me clarify what I am trying to do:
* I want to start a paid membership site where I will explore the tactics some great business people used to grow their business.
* And I want to start a blog where I will be posting quotes by these great business people and writing my own thoughts/opinions in a 500 words article for each quote on what I think a small business owner can learn from the quote said by the great business person.
* So I want to use the free quotes blog above to build a community of people who will be interested in the lives and sayings/quotes of these great business people and then recommend them to try the membership site I talked about earlier.
Now the problem is that some of their quotes are not fully optimized for the keywords, for example this quote:
“A goal is not the same as a desire, and this is an important distinction to make. You can have a desire you don’t intend to act on. But you can’t have a goal you don’t intend to act on.” – Tom Morris
Here the keyword phrase I may want to target is ‘business goal’ and such like that. I can make the primary keyword phrase in the URL but I was thinking of using the quote as the title so that I will also promote the great business person I am trying to write on.
But my thought is that I do not know how easy to rank for these keywords when they are not in the blog post titles.
Also I am trying to start out as a business consultant for small business owners.
Any suggestions you have to give will be greatly appreciated.

Well, the first thing that comes to my mind is that the quote is too long to be fully displayed in the title so you have to keep in mind the quotes you will show in the title should be short if you want them displayed completely.
I can’t tell you how easy or difficult will be to rank in your particular case since it depends on a lot of factors, but I think if you have the keywords in the post content, in the description and also in the permalink, Google will understand what you are trying to rank for, even if it is not in the title (Google is now really intelligent, much more than a few years ago, it is able to “understand” the content, now you don’t need to repeat a lot of times the same keyword to rank for it).

I like more the title ’10 Ways to Differentiate a *** from a ***’ (censored to avoid sharing Sensitive Data section), it is short and concise. It is good since you want it to be displayed completely in Google Search Results (not cropped) and also in Social Networks.
About if that website will help you to catch users/potential clients, I would say it is not a bad idea. Make sure to correctly config everything related to Social in Rank Math so you share those posts on Facebook and Twitter since a lot of people there are interested on it.
