Blog Page Duplicate Titles

    Hello,

    I’m unsure where to add %page% to stop blog pages (the page 1, 2, 3 and so on) from duplicating the title. I have tried adding it in a few pages but it keeps the same title so I’m unsure how to fix it as I’m being told its duplicate content titles.

    Example: domain.com/news and domain.com/news/page/2 are showing both the same titles.

    Is there a way to set this that I have overlooked or a better way to handle this please?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    I do not think that the titles are causing this since search engines check the canonical and this will be shared by all the paginated pages.

    I can suggest that you fix this by setting all your paginated pages to noindex by heading over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Misc Pages > Noindex paginated pages.
