Could you please provide more details where we broadcast your logins? You can also use this tool to send a screenshot and paste the link the sensitive data section
It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section.
However, if you’re referring to your logins showing here in the forum, we always enforce our users to utilize our sensitive data section for their privacy and security when sharing login/confidential information.

I want Rankmath to stop sharing my website login details. The original reply stated “that data should not be coming from the Rank Math plugin”, but I believe it is, based on it appearing within a RankMath script.
Can you confirm that RankMath IS indeed sharing my login details as part of your plug-in? AND, seeing as it should not be happening, what can be done to stop it? It has been 6 days now of going around in circles.

Rank Math doesn’t share or display any login information on the front end. Could you please share a screenshot where this information is shown on your end? I tried checking it on your website and I can’t seem to see any.

I’ve read your previous replies and ticket, and I’m sorry to say but in no place, you’ve provided us with a link or screenshot which shows that Rank Math published your login details.
Please take the time to read previous posts and links, especially the part with “RankMath SEO snippets”.
As you’ve said [redacted for privacy] (while replying to my colleague’s question), that the issue is with “login details” and not with the author name, I also checked the schema section on your website (based on your [redacted for privacy] in the previous ticket) and I was unable to find anything related to login details. Also, the schema data is generated based on the inputs that you provide.
I also searched your website, WordPress.org ticket, and this ticket, on Google and I did not find anything related to login details.
Please share the exact URL where your login details are being published, so that we can further investigate the issue.

Despite the claim above, I have NOT confirmed “that the issue is not with the author name”. I in fact state it IS an issue with author at the start of this whole saga.
I realise that, for anyone else reading this ticket, things might seem vague, but I have provided rankmath with the website, and a link to previous ticket, via sensitive data, so rankmath have all the info and are still going around in circles. I have deliberately kept information from public view, as I do not want everyone on the internet accessing my website login.
So, as rankmath support do not read all info, this is the overview for the next person:
1. I posted my issue elsewhere. The issue being that rankmath, as part of their SEO script, are including my website login details under the “author” tag.
2. On that ticket, I was told that rm do not do so, and was asked to provide links – on a public forum.
3. I explained that the data is within the rm script, and asked how to upload privately. rm stopped replying.
4. I came to this forum and tried to ask the same q, but was blocked.
5. I managed to open another ticket about being blocked (this one).
6. Once rm started replying, I tried to explain the real issue, and provided website data.
7. rm started replying to the other ticket, again asking for links to be displayed on a public forum.
8. rm have been replying here, but each time is a different person, and none have read the whole thing, as the replies do not make sense.
After typing this, I will be adding another sentence to the sensitive data, but, in all seriousness, it is purely me repeating everything they already know.

When outputting the Schema data we use the display_name in the author property and that should not cause any privacy concerns. In fact, this is something that is required for some types of Schema such as Article.
Having said that, if you want to go ahead and remove that code entirely from your products pages, please add the following snippet to your theme’s functions.php file:
