Please check if you have a static file with the same name as your sitemap file (sitemap_index.xml). You should FTP into your server and remove the file.
If there is no file and the issue still persists, please add this filter to your active theme’s functions.php file:
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');
Once done, clear your website’s cache and check again.

I took actions as listed below:
– There is no static file with the same name as sitemap
– The plugin that creates a sitemap.xml is not installed
– Blank page issue persists even when caching plugin is disabled (it won’t work for me to empty the cache because of this)
– My custom theme’s functions.php file is coded differently than normal, if I edit it, the theme breaks down (I’m using a licensed theme with protection against editing)

The issue is coming from your website title which contains an invalid entity. I went ahead and fixed that and your sitemap page is now working.

I checked my sitemap url, but i saw blank page again. Then i refreshed page with CTRL+F5 key combinations, voila! Sitemap page worked!
