Upon inspecting your website and disabling the Rank Math module that generates the sitemap, the same page sitemap_index.xml is returning a result on your website which should not do, as it should return a 404 error on that page when we are not generating the sitemap.
This is either because there’s another file on the root of your website with the same name or some this link does exist on your website and belongs to some page/post.
So, I would advise that you look in your webserver for a filled with this name and delete it, in case it exists.

Great idea, but unfrtunately not helpful 🙁 That was due to cache, and you should deactivate litespeed cache as well. There is no such a file (I’ve checked that before contacting you), and there is 404 error when cache is disabled. https://prnt.sc/13ivt5h

Even after disabling the cache, the page still shows on your website, so there’s definitely something there still: https://i.rankmath.com/3DGLx8
As you can see in the video I even tried a different browser to make sure there was no caching on my side.
