  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

This issue is occurring because on your database entries there are some Unicode characters that are preventing the sitemap from correctly loading.

Please access your WordPress database and check the table wp_options. You’ll notice entries like blogname with Unicode characters instead of the correct characters in there.

To be more specific, you may take a look if you find a similar entry like Turismo en París in the option_value column. Here is an example screenshot below for your reference:

Please fix that entry or any other similar type of entry by removing Unicode characters. You can also just replace the entry with Turismo en París and the sitemap should start showing up fine.

If you see your sitemap still loading with the same error even after applying the fix, please try clearing the caches from your site and it should work fine.

We could also perform these checks. But for that, we would need cPanel/phpMyAdmin access to handle the situation.

Hope this helps solve your issues.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

    Hello,
How can i give you access to cPanel/phpMyAdmin?

    Hello,

You can get in touch with your web host for accessing your cPanel or phpMyAdmin.

Then, provide the logins in the sensitive data section upon editing your first post

    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,
I’ve add the logins on the sensitive data field

    Hello,

The database entry already seems to be fixed and your sitemap is working perfectly fine now. I’ve attached a screenshot in the sensitive data section for your reference.

Hope that helps, and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Thank you.
